What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for a product pod, from problem framing to shipped, polished product.
• Partner with PMs and engineering as an equal stakeholder to shape product direction.
• Deliver high-craft visual design and strong UX thinking across all product surfaces.
• Create leverage by establishing design patterns, documentation, and providing feedback to enable engineers and PMs.
• Navigate and simplify ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Experiment with AI tools in your workflow and influence how the team utilizes AI.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual and UX craft.
• Experience designing AI-powered products with a focus on utility and trustworthiness.
• Proven ability to bring consumer-grade quality to B2B product contexts.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong ownership mentality and a track record of high-velocity, impact-driven work.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions and collaborating cross-functionally.
