Location: Hybrid, based in San Francisco, with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Salary: $175K – $254K (New York, NY or San Francisco, CA)

What you will do

• Design for enterprise professional services firms, translating complexity into simplicity for legal, accounting, consulting, and other professional domains.
• Lead end-to-end design, from early research to polished UI, owning the process and supporting implementation.
• Bring clarity to communication by grounding design decisions in user research and effectively communicating your rationale to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on AI experiences, designing smart, intuitive interactions that help users feel in control.
• Build trust across the team by fostering strong relationships and bringing energy to ambiguous moments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in early-stage, fast-moving startups (Series B–F preferred).
• 5+ years designing complex B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
• Proven ability to design and ship end-to-end experiences with multiple moving parts and configuration needs.
• Strong UX and UI craft rooted in research, systems thinking, and crisp interaction design.
• High proficiency in Figma, with a portfolio showing strong UX reasoning, B2B workflows, and visual design sensibility.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for legal, accounting, compliance, or other regulated domains.
• Experience with data-heavy tools or systems.
• Familiarity with or curiosity about AI product design.
