What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for VIP customer visits, facility tours, and technical demonstrations in secure environments.
• Manage end-to-end planning for major external conferences and government customer engagements.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to integrate events into broader growth and business development campaigns.
• Establish and maintain relationships with preferred vendors and manage detailed event budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related resources and internal coordination.
• Travel onsite as needed for event production, load-in, and load-out.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate event planning.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to export control requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Must work in-office in Washington, DC.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail for secure facility operations.
