What you will do
- Own senior-level client relationships for complex website builds and ongoing support accounts.
- Lead strategic conversations regarding website roadmaps and long-term platform evolution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to scope creep, budget burn, and timeline slippage.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and client expectations.
- Manage high-level budgets, forecast risks, and identify account expansion opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal process improvements and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a full-service digital agency with senior-level client ownership.
- Proven experience managing complex website builds on WordPress, Drupal, and/or Shopify.
- Strong understanding of website strategy, design, and development workflows.
- Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and high-risk decisions with confidence and empathy.
- Must be based in the US (specific states) or Boston.
