What you will do

• Handle marketing, servicing, and renewal negotiations for key accounts while ensuring policy integrity.
• Maintain productive business relations and engage in extensive contact with clients, producers, and underwriters.
• Advise clients on coverage changes to ensure continuous and proper insurance protection.
• Research and reconcile discrepancies by applying knowledge of coverages and forms.
• Prepare specifications, applications, and underwriting data for the marketing of insurance products.
• Manage all aspects of account administration.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain a current Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• 1-3 years of related experience in a professional office environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3-4 days in office) in Raleigh, NC.
• Strong experience with data entry and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time-management skills.
