Sr. Financial Analyst (Geospatial Intelligence)

Senior Financial Analyst (Finance/FP&A): Managing financial planning, pricing analysis, and decision support for geospatial intelligence products with an accent on revenue forecasting and variance analysis. Location: Must be based in the USA (Herndon, VA). Candidate must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Salary: $83,000 - $139,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and track annual budgets and monthly revenue, cash, and expense forecasts.
• Provide robust financial modeling and strategic insights to drive financial growth.
• Produce internal and external reports for executive leadership and the Board/PE.
• Create business cases, profitability analyses, and financial models for new and existing opportunities.
• Enhance systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy using AI and digital tools.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience).
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging digital tools like Codex, Power Query/BI, and ChatGPT to automate workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Costpoint.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, Knime, or Tableau.
• Strong storytelling skills for communicating financial rationale to stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, TINA, and Cost Accounting Standards.
