What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts across business units and indirect cost centers
• Develop detailed financial models for revenue, cost forecasting, and profitability analysis
• Perform monthly financial results analysis including variance for direct/indirect costs
• Partner with Finance, Contracts, and Operations to monitor performance and cost drivers
• Prepare executive reports, support audits, and ensure government reporting compliance
• Identify process improvements for financial controls and reporting systems

Requirements

• U.S. nationality and eligibility for security clearance
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate/government contracting, or manufacturing finance
• Strong knowledge of government contract types (Cost-Plus, T&M, Fixed Price)
• Understanding of FAR, CAS, DCAA requirements
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, analytical/communication skills
