What you will do

• Perform monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning.
• Manage financial aspects of headcount planning, reporting, and cost control.
• Track and analyze spend across payroll, contractors, infrastructure, software, and T&E.
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting for leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, IT, and Marketing to ensure data accuracy and alignment with goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic modeling) and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with financial systems such as NetSuite or similar ERPs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or an MBA.
• Prior experience with Pigment and Salesforce.
• Experience partnering with C-suite level stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools such as chat assistants and reporting copilots to support daily work.
