Salary: $95,000 – $130,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain advanced 3-statement financial models to support multi-year planning and scenario analysis.
• Build and refine integrated models for ARR, ACV, and Renewals, leveraging SaaS metrics to project business performance.
• Lead the development of cash flow forecasts to support strategic decision-making and cash position management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for leadership and board-level materials, tracking KPIs like churn, CAC, and payback periods.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to align budgets and forecasts.
• Support strategic initiatives including new product launches, pricing decisions, and market expansion evaluations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Development, Strategy, Consulting, or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in building complex 3-statement models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to confidently integrate AI tools and LLMs into daily workflows to increase productivity and quality.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data for senior leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Phoenix, AZ or Mountain View, CA offices.

Nice to have

• Direct experience within the SaaS industry.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as hirify.global, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with financial planning systems like Anaplan, Adaptive, or Workday Planning.
