Salary: $80,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Support financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to monthly close processes and technical accounting workflows.
• Maintain and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Manage and optimize finance systems, including ERP and planning tools.
• Partner with the Head of Finance on ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects.
• Support cross-functional teams with client-related financial analyses.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a startup environment.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with exposure to FP&A.
• Experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and finance tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be able to work onsite in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Zoho, or Xero.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows in finance.
• Background in SaaS, climate tech, or international entity management.
• Experience supporting board reporting or executive presentations.
