What you will do

  • Design and deliver enablement programs for Account Executives and Sales Engineers focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Translate go-to-market strategies and product positioning into practical sales narratives and discovery frameworks.
  • Develop playbooks, messaging guides, and resources to support complex sales cycles and deal progression.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure alignment on value messaging and solution positioning.
  • Support onboarding initiatives to accelerate time-to-productivity for new sales hires.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using data and field feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or training roles supporting sales teams.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and new logo acquisition strategies.
  • Experience supporting channel motions and multiple GTM motions in a scaling SaaS or technology environment.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring training impact and optimizing programs.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Sales Engineer, or Sales Manager.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms, LMS tools, call coaching platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Experience supporting technical sales motions requiring collaboration between Sales and Sales Engineering.
