Salary: $51,100–$80,500

What you will do
- Execute a daily rhythm of 50 outbound calls to active customers, new sign-ups, and prospects.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities within a pool of over 5,000 accounts.
- Manage a short sales cycle to move prospects quickly from initial contact to active scanning status.
- Articulate the value proposition of floor plan technology to photographers and small business owners.
- Utilize CRM and performance trackers to ensure 100% accuracy in activity reporting.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Ann Arbor or Lansing, Michigan area.
- Ability to work in-office 4 days per week.
- Proven ability to thrive in a metric-focused, high-volume sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Coachability and willingness to review call recordings to improve closing ratios.
