TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Sales): Driving event sponsorship sales and prospecting new business for a B2B commercial real estate media platform with an accent on lead generation and client relationship management. Focus on conducting in-depth research to source sponsors, managing a sales pipeline in Salesforce, and accelerating the sales cycle through strategic outreach.

Location: Hybrid in Miami (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote). Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers across various asset classes and sectors.
  • Drive event sponsorship sales by conducting in-depth prospecting research to source and confirm participants.
  • Build a strong pipeline for the senior sales team through specific prospecting and outbound strategies.
  • Manage inbound leads and connect with sponsorship prospects using phone and email.
  • Collaborate with the event production department to create sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
  • Document all daily activities, KPIs, and pipeline progress within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of sales experience.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship (H1-B, etc.).
  • Strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and digital marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and frequently changing sales environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a disciplined and organized work ethic.
  • Capacity to remain receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
