Location: Hybrid in Miami (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote). Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

What you will do
- Establish and maintain relationships with marketing decision-makers across various asset classes and sectors.
- Drive event sponsorship sales by conducting in-depth prospecting research to source and confirm participants.
- Build a strong pipeline for the senior sales team through specific prospecting and outbound strategies.
- Manage inbound leads and connect with sponsorship prospects using phone and email.
- Collaborate with the event production department to create sponsor-friendly programs aligned with client interests.
- Document all daily activities, KPIs, and pipeline progress within Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 0 - 2 years of sales experience.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship (H1-B, etc.).
- Strong interest in the commercial real estate industry and digital marketing solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and frequently changing sales environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a disciplined and organized work ethic.
- Capacity to remain receptive to feedback and constructive criticism.
