Salary: $187,000 - $220,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead global marketing pipeline generation strategy across digital, field, and ABM channels.
  • Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team covering campaigns, digital, operations, and analytics.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate attribution and revenue accountability.
  • Drive the evolution of the company website into a high-performing demand capture platform.
  • Own annual and quarterly budget planning to maximize business impact and growth targets.
  • Accelerate deal velocity through integrated marketing plays and targeted account engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing growth or demand generation teams.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise GTM strategies and complex sales cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in modern marketing tech stacks like Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Ability to influence executive-level strategy and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States as this role is US-based.
