Location: Fully remote across US & Canada

What you will do

  • Drive opportunity generation by researching and connecting with potential clients to turn contacts into qualified opportunities.
  • Take full ownership of your pipeline, prioritizing prospects, managing inbound leads, and routing opportunities.
  • Track results with strategic follow-ups and iterate approaches to maximize impact.
  • Create new processes to identify and engage prospects, contributing to playbooks and frameworks for team scaling.
  • Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to build relationships and generate valuable opportunities.
  • Demonstrate competitive drive, curiosity, and resilience in interactions.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in BDR, SDR, retail, B2B, or competitive roles with demonstrated results.
  • Competitive drive, grit, ambition, persistence, and motivation for measurable outcomes.
  • Self-starter mindset to own outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline independently.
  • Strong communication to build rapport, ask right questions, and convey value clearly.
  • Creative and resourceful in generating leads and opening doors.
  • Collaborative with leadership, sharing insights and contributing to strategy.
  • Hungry for growth, skill development, and career advancement.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or sales platforms.
