Salary: $58,855 - $109,370 USD

What you will do

  • Solicit and book programs to maximize revenue for Rooms, Food and Beverage, and meeting room rentals.
  • Personally lead and close large account sales opportunities to increase market share.
  • Conduct and arrange site inspections for meeting planners and prospective clients.
  • Manage and coordinate in-market sales efforts within the New Jersey territory to achieve financial goals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring clear understanding of contract language.
  • Travel for sales calls, tradeshows, and familiarization events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling hospitality to a diverse customer base and an established customer base.
  • Extensive experience managing an in-market sales force working remotely.
  • Track record of consistent performance and accountability in managing complex sales.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to act quickly and exercise good judgment under pressure.
  • BA/BS degree preferred; 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales Experience preferred.
