What you will do

  • Manage all aspects of VIP guest accounts for Sports Betting and iGaming across multiple states.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value players via phone, email, and text to drive app engagement.
  • Host guests at social events, sporting venues, and unique Caesars Sportsbook experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Player Support, Marketing Technology, and Analytics to advance VIP efforts.
  • Develop and implement new VIP promotions and initiatives to produce measurable financial results.
  • Analyze daily reporting on player movement to initiate personal outreach and targeted offers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, casino, or loyalty marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and analytical dashboards.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills with a track record of prudent business decision-making.
  • Ability to travel as needed and work in a regulated business environment.
