TL;DR

What you will do

  • Build and execute integrated digital plans across paid search, social, email, webinars, and events.
  • Partner with Sales to execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs for priority segments.
  • Manage full-funnel campaign execution, including ICP definition, messaging, landing pages, and nurture streams.
  • Collaborate with BDR/AE leadership to define lead taxonomy, scoring, and ensure clean handoffs.
  • Own campaign analytics, set KPIs, and perform A/B testing to optimize creative, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate budgets and manage relationships with agencies and platform partners.

Requirements

  • 6–9+ years in B2B growth/demand generation with proven pipeline impact.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with full-funnel and ABM ownership.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, Canva, and Asana.
  • Strong analytical mastery of funnel metrics including MQL, SQL, SAL, win rate, CAC, and payback.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting performance insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in an eligible state.
