What you will do

• Support the implementation and maintenance of Building Management/Energy Systems/IoT devices.
• Function as global program manager and Subject Matter Expert for all types of building automation systems and industrial control systems.
• Develop and implement a consistent framework for designing and constructing these systems.
• Interface with building operations teams, Global Information Technology teams, and project management teams globally.
• Function as application owner for all existing building automation software.
• Maintain vigilance of modern technologies in the marketplace and evaluate potential enhancements/efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years related to design, Managing, implementation, programing, and commissioning BMS.
• Strong IT background, Enterprise Servers, Firewalls, and Industrial Ethernet Managed Switches.
• Strong knowledge of Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet IP/MSTP, SNMP, and OPC protocols.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Ability to travel globally to remote buildings as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous datacenter experience and maintaining a medium to large commercial or industrial facility.
• Understanding of emergency power systems, UPS, Generators, and Fire Life Safety Systems.
