Location: Must be based in Mexico (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Promote hirify.global services and value-added offerings to increase share of wallet within an assigned client portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase service penetration and establish anti-churn measures.
  • Manage client SIM forecasts and provide accurate, up-to-date revenue projections.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain trust.
  • Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with senior executives on both sides.
  • Oversee the billing process, ensuring invoice accuracy and timely payment collection.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in a Telecom or technical SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating and interpreting KPI reports to drive business decision-making.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
