Marketing Account Manager

What you will do

• Qualify inbound opportunities, develop and finalize SOWs, align scope with delivery team.
• Run internal and client kickoff calls, share context and goals.
• Serve as primary client contact, nurture relationships, identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage scope creep, navigate client issues, flag delivery problems.
• Track project progress, budgets, timelines; communicate with Finance for billing.
• Maintain CRM and revenue forecasts, partner with Sales Ops.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Account Management, Client Services, or Sales in creative/marketing/agency environments
• Proven client relationship management balancing internal needs
• Comfortable leading sales conversations with executives
• Highly organized, managing multiple accounts/workstreams
• Excellent communicator translating between client and delivery teams
• Strong experience scoping/pricing service-based work; ability to work in EST
