What you will do
- Identify and research new school district opportunities across the U.S., with a strong focus on Texas.
- Build outbound pipeline through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and creative prospecting.
- Book high-quality meetings with district leaders and decision-makers.
- Test messaging, outreach strategies, and growth tactics in a fast-learning environment.
- Partner closely with Leadership, Marketing, Growth, and RevOps to accelerate expansion.
- Bring market insights and feedback directly into the GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or a high-performance environment.
- Excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with U.S. districts.
- Highly competitive mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
- Strong curiosity and natural relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and comfort operating in fast-changing environments.
- Interest in education and willingness to learn the K-12 landscape.
Nice to have
- EdTech or education experience.
- Experience using tools like Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in startup or launch-stage environments.
