What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers throughout their full lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Propose new solutions and rollout strategies based on customer behavior and market data.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Product, and Operations teams to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate customer scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services in Account Management or Account Executive roles.
• Proven experience leading portfolios for enterprise or high-growth merchants.
• Outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong commercial mindset motivated by revenue impact and growth.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
• Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Slack.
