What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers throughout their full lifecycle from onboarding to retention.
- Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with actionable insights.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Propose new solutions and rollout strategies based on customer behavior and market data.
- Coordinate with Implementation, Product, and Operations teams to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate customer scaling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services in Account Management or Account Executive roles.
- Proven experience leading portfolios for enterprise or high-growth merchants.
- Outstanding communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong commercial mindset motivated by revenue impact and growth.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
- Experience with HubSpot, Jira, and Slack.
