What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across LATAM
  • Set sales goals, manage pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Drive full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build senior executive relationships with enterprise brands, agencies, and partners
  • Manage high-value enterprise accounts across multiple markets
  • Define and execute LATAM go-to-market strategy aligned with growth objectives
  • Partner with Customer Success, Agency, Product, and Marketing teams for customer growth
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and customer engagements

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Comfortable traveling across LATAM as required
  • Strong experience in enterprise SaaS, adtech, or digital marketing sales
  • Experience leading high-performing sales teams in growth-stage tech
  • Proven success in complex enterprise sales processes
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing
  • Strong communication skills for C-level stakeholders
