What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across LATAM
- Set sales goals, manage pipeline, and deliver accurate forecasting
- Drive full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build senior executive relationships with enterprise brands, agencies, and partners
- Manage high-value enterprise accounts across multiple markets
- Define and execute LATAM go-to-market strategy aligned with growth objectives
- Partner with Customer Success, Agency, Product, and Marketing teams for customer growth
- Represent at industry events and customer engagements
Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Comfortable traveling across LATAM as required
- Strong experience in enterprise SaaS, adtech, or digital marketing sales
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams in growth-stage tech
- Proven success in complex enterprise sales processes
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, media buying, performance marketing
- Strong communication skills for C-level stakeholders
