What you will do

• Manage daily data aggregation, reporting, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
• Build AI-powered tools and agents to automate prospecting research and outreach generation.
• Conduct prospect research, make outbound calls, and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Map BDR workflows to identify inefficiencies and create best-practice playbooks.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps on campaign follow-ups and territory planning.

Requirements

• Strong interest in technical and developer-focused sales.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Salesforce, and basic SQL.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to build simple automations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA

Nice to have

• Experience building custom LLM agents.
