Location: Must be based in Mexico
Salary: MXN 533,000 – MXN 622,000 + sales incentive

What you will do
- Build a steady cadence of qualified discovery meetings and plant walkthroughs for the sales team.
- Run multi-channel outreach sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Host initial customer introduction calls to understand operational challenges and automation needs.
- Conduct early technical discovery to evaluate fit for vision-guided robotics solutions.
- Prepare detailed opportunity briefs for Regional Sales Managers and BDMs.
- Maintain accurate account and pipeline data within HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- 3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or technical B2B sales roles.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, automation, or robotics markets.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to operations managers and automation engineers.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Disciplined approach to daily outreach, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene.
