TL;DR

Business Development Representative (AdTech): Building the top-of-funnel growth engine for a retail media platform with an accent on multi-channel prospecting, market research, and AI-driven lead generation. Focus on identifying buying signals, testing outreach messaging, and converting high-value accounts into pipeline.

Location: Hybrid, hub based. Must be based in Barcelona, Santiago, Somerville, or São Paulo with availability to work onsite 4 days/week.

What you will do

  • Build outbound pipeline through relentless, multi-channel prospecting and deep account research.
  • Own first-touch conversations to qualify and convert leads, communicating value with clarity.
  • Constantly test and iterate on messaging to optimize conversion rates and targeting.
  • Leverage AI tools to create leverage in research, lead prioritization, and outbound experimentation.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and field initiatives (travel required).
  • Manage the end-to-end pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in BDR, SDR, outbound sales, or high-ownership entrepreneurial roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent evidence of analytical and commercial ability.
  • Proven builder mindset with concrete examples of self-initiated projects or automation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for sharp, concise outreach.
  • AI-native execution: practical experience using AI to systemize and improve workflows.
  • Must be based in one of the company hubs (Barcelona, Santiago, Somerville, or São Paulo) and available to work onsite 4 days/week.

Nice to have

  • Prior BDR/SDR experience.
  • Experience in the retail media or advertising space.
