What you will do

• Define and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and identify priority industries.
• Develop and manage the overall marketing campaign roadmap aligned with sales goals.
• Map complex industrial ecosystems including OEMs, system integrators, and line builders.
• Grow brand presence through LinkedIn, thought leadership, and industry events.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to execute account-based marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using HubSpot to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 7+ years of marketing experience in industrial technology, robotics, or automation.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation.
• Experience working with technical products and engineering audiences.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing and industrial ecosystems.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
