What you will do

• Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including webinars, email, and landing pages.
• Operate HubSpot for marketing automation, workflows, and lead segmentation.
• Manage the lead lifecycle from initial engagement through to SDR qualification.
• Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting strategic companies.
• Track and analyze marketing funnel metrics to provide regular performance reports.
• Coordinate campaign launches and lead handoffs between marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in demand generation or marketing automation.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot.
• Proven experience running B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and lead qualification processes.
• Must be based in Mexico with ability to travel to the United States.
