What you will do

• Coordinate managed services and telecom projects from initiation through completion.
• Support infrastructure deployments including Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to track milestones and tasks.
• Manage circuit ordering and status updates with telecom carriers like AT&T, Lumen, and Verizon.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Log project risks and issues, escalating to senior management when necessary.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, or operations within telecommunications or managed services.
• Basic understanding of network services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, or firewalls.
• Experience with carrier coordination, provisioning, or circuit ordering processes.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and internal databases.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Experience supporting multi-site or business connectivity projects.
