Consultant - Digital (AI)

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; the role includes extensive travel to client and project sites.

What you will do

• Deliver digital transformation projects involving digital twins, AI, systems integration, decision automation, optimization, and autonomous execution.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, understand business requirements, identify pain points, and align solutions with business goals and ROI.
• Explore use cases and develop proof-of-concepts to strengthen digital offerings.
• Support project scoping, requirements and gap analysis, feasibility assessments, functional design, specifications, configuration, and solution development.
• Coordinate system and business-process integration, user acceptance testing, deployment, technical support, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least five years of experience in process or related industries such as mining and metals, oil and gas, power, water, or transportation.
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering, Six Sigma, value management, and DILO change management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to solve complex functional and process issues across organizational boundaries.
• Willingness to undertake extensive travel to client and project sites.
