Senior Negotiation Consultant

What you will do

• Prepare, develop, and implement negotiation strategies with commodity managers to optimize supplier agreements, cost, and cost recovery.
• Lead challenging negotiations with key suppliers and secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Establish a negotiation competence hub and shape negotiation targets, outcomes, and best practices.
• Align negotiation strategies with procurement objectives, advise executives, and provide guidance and training to procurement teams.
• Identify and implement improvements across the end-to-end negotiation lifecycle and promote digital innovation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in high-stakes negotiations within strategic procurement or sales, with a proven record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of negotiation principles, practices, and procedures.
• Superior analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and internal networking skills.
• Ability to coach and challenge colleagues at different levels, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
