What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large-scale, global programs and consulting engagements across business and technology domains.
• Partner with senior leaders to assess needs, define solutions, and drive strategic implementation.
• Manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive business cases, future state designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide expertise in business process optimization, change management, and digital transformation.
• Create executive-ready deliverables and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation, preferably in asset management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-stakes programs with both business and technology components.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at the senior executive level.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in executive-level presentation tools such as MS PowerPoint.
