Consultant, People Analytics Consulting Insights & Enablement (AI)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. The role is performed in an office setting and requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $116,300–$186,000 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Support workforce analytics requests, consulting engagements, and business priorities for People and business client groups.
• Intake, scope, and prioritize workforce questions, translating them into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and scalable solutions.
• Build and improve dashboards, reporting tools, analytics products, workflow automations, AI-enabled prototypes, and decision-support resources.
• Use Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, and similar technologies to improve analytics delivery and stakeholder workflows.
• Develop playbooks, documentation, training, and enablement sessions to drive adoption of People Analytics products and responsible AI practices.
• Partner with Data Governance, Privacy, Risk, and People COE teams on data quality, stewardship, definitions, documentation, validation, and reporting consistency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
• Experience in analytics, workforce intelligence, organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, human capital, consulting, business strategy, data, technology, automation, governance, privacy, risk, or related disciplines.
• Background in a data-centric field such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Experience with workflow automation, low-code tools, AI-assisted development, dashboards, reporting tools, data visualization, or scalable analytics products.
• Strong consulting, communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, workforce reporting, self-service analytics, Workday, enterprise HR systems, data governance, privacy, or risk is required or strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Six or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of advanced education and experience.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Claude Code, Microsoft Copilot, conversational analytics, agent-based navigation, guided workflows, or automated recommendations.
