Supply Chain Strategy Consultant

Salary: $121,950–$179,900 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for United States candidates.

What you will do

• Serve as an internal consultant to supply chain and business leaders across Personal Systems, Print, and Enterprise Operations.
• Assess and triage complex strategic and operational challenges requiring cross-functional leadership.
• Structure ambiguous problems into workplans, hypotheses, analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations.
• Lead scenario planning, tradeoff analyses, executive-level special projects, and rapid-response initiatives.
• Develop supply chain resilience, network optimization, manufacturing footprint, partner ecosystem, and future-state network strategies.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain studies and transformation initiatives spanning sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, consulting, strategy, or transformation leadership.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, internal strategy organization, or equivalent strategic leadership role.
• Deep expertise in sourcing, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and supply chain resilience.
• Strong understanding of network design, manufacturing strategy, trade policy, tariff impacts, and geopolitical risk.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and influencing senior leaders across matrixed organizations.
• Advanced analytical, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and storytelling skills; a bachelor's degree or equivalent strategic consulting experience is preferred.
