What you will do

  • Obtain residential mortgage business and integrate customers into the TD branch network.
  • Develop mortgage development initiatives to target referrals from realtors, builders, and financial planners.
  • Provide ongoing comprehensive reviews of clients’ financial circumstances and offer financial planning expertise.
  • Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets for mortgage products and services.
  • Refer clients to internal Bank partners across Wealth, Retail, Small Business, and Commercial banking.
  • Promote TD’s image within the business community through networking and community leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working directly in a client facing, sales or relationship focused role.
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, competitive mortgage offers, and economic trends.
  • Must be based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
