Salary: $89,600 - $157,000 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Drive business growth by selling compliance solutions to existing mid-market and enterprise insurance and health companies.
  • Develop and nurture national account relationships to ensure high customer retention.
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Managers to plan and execute territory-specific sales strategies.
  • Present and sell complex regulatory, risk, and workflow solutions to S-Suite and Director-level executives.
  • Maintain accurate account activity records and forecasts within Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience in direct account management, inside sales, or outside sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or equivalent job-related experience.
  • Working knowledge of financial or insurance-related product offerings and agency structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
