What you will do

• Design, implement, and evaluate AI/ML solutions using multi-INT data, with a primary emphasis on GEOINT.
• Architect and integrate novel models for semantic activity detection, geospatial analytics, and computer vision.
• Engineer diverse data types and develop pipelines across various hardware and software stacks.
• Provide subject matter expertise and strategic advice on AI/ML trends to government clients and internal teams.
• Manage sprint projections and integrate diverse data science skillsets to support program execution.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance (ability to obtain CI polygraph is required).
• B.S. in Data Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models across diverse data types.
• 2+ years of experience with low-shot learning, spatial trajectory analytics, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience working with remote sensing and geospatial datasets, including EO/SAR imagery.
• Competence with Linux environments and modern development practices including CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency with the Python data science stack (numpy, pandas, sklearn) and geospatial libraries (gdal, geopandas, shapely).
• Experience designing geospatial trajectory processing, forecasting, and visualization approaches.
• Ability to design compute hardware and infrastructure solutions for AI/ML applications.
