What you will do

• Design, build, and operate production ML systems, LLM workflows, and supporting infrastructure.
• Deliver AI features end to end, from data pipelines and training workflows through inference, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Contribute to architecture, technical standards, and core product and modeling decisions.
• Identify and mitigate performance, bias, reliability, and operational risks in AI systems.
• Participate in code reviews and incident retrospectives while mentoring peers and supporting technical growth.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, investors, and senior leadership on AI products for public-market research.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience focused on machine learning or AI systems.
• Experience building and operating production ML systems at scale.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java.
• Experience with LLMs, ranking or recommendation systems, search, applied NLP, deep learning, and representation learning.
• Experience with system design, technical decision-making, and ML training frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
