Location: Must reside in the continental United States

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement a data science strategy aligned with USMC strategic goals.
• Design, develop, and validate predictive models using machine learning and statistical techniques.
• Lead the exploration and analysis of large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning models in a production environment.
• Create data visualizations using Power BI to communicate insights to leadership.
• Mentor a team of data scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification required
• Must reside in the continental United States
• 10+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Expertise in Azure cloud environment (Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, AI Foundry).
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse.
