What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from bid support through to award, execution, and close-out.
• Draft, review, and negotiate government contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and licensing deals.
• Contribute to commercial strategies by reviewing terms and conditions during proposal development.
• Identify and manage contractual and regulatory risks in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Oversee IP and licensing matters, including data rights, ownership, and technology use.
• Ensure strict compliance with defense regulations, export controls, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, LPC, or a related field.
• Professional experience in contract management or paralegal work.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
• Comfortable working in highly regulated and secure environments.
• Ability to operate across several time zones within a globally disparate team.
