What you will do

• Manage global subsidiary governance across 35+ international entities, including statutory filings and board resolutions.
• Lead M&A and corporate transaction workstreams, including diligence, structuring, and post-closing integration.
• Coordinate with external counsel, corporate service providers, and internal stakeholders across Finance, Tax, and People teams.
• Review and support real estate and workplace-related legal matters, including lease agreements.
• Oversee intellectual property portfolio management, including trademarks, patents, and domain names.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate legal processes using AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant law firm or in-house experience in corporate law.
• Proven experience managing complex legal workstreams and multinational governance matters.
• Strong background in M&A, corporate transactions, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing external counsel and intellectual property portfolios.
• Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve legal workflows and automate processes.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills with a service-oriented mindset.
