Contracts Manager

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, customer agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of contracts, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals.
• Provide legal advisory support to Sales, Commercial, Marketing, IT, and Finance teams.
• Assist with compliance and data protection matters under the guidance of the Head of Legal.
• Maintain and develop contract templates, playbooks, and lifecycle management processes.
• Identify contractual risks and escalate non-standard issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Background working in-house or within a commercial legal environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy, varied workload.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence while knowing when to escalate.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to partner with non-legal stakeholders.
• Practical, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
