Legal Counsel EMEA (SaaS)

TL;DR

Legal Counsel (SaaS): Supporting commercial negotiations and legal matters for the EMEA region with an accent on drafting agreements with customers, vendors, and partners. Focus on managing high-volume transactional work and reviewing marketing initiatives within the cybersecurity intelligence sector.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - 2 to 3 days per week in the office required

What you will do

• Negotiate and draft agreements with customers, prospects, partners, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to align legal support with business goals.
• Review marketing materials and corporate initiatives.
• Provide legal support for general matters globally on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university and a professional license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Fluency in English and either German or French is essential.
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience with transactional training and strong drafting skills.
• Ability to work from the London office (hybrid 2-3 days/week).
• Strong negotiation skills regarding both legal and commercial issues.
