What you will do

• Lead GTM deals and contract negotiations for EU and MENA markets.
• Manage GDPR compliance, DPAs, and local regulatory frameworks including DORA and the EU AI Act.
• Manage a high-volume workflow of redlining and negotiating SaaS agreements, licensing, and NDAs.
• Provide legal guidance to US-based technical and operational teams to ensure local requirements are met.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish and launch new markets across the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts.
• Must have experience working from a local market for a US-based company.
• Experience within high-velocity tech companies.
• Transnational body of work covering Europe, Middle East, and Asia/South Asia.
• Deep fluency in GDPR, EU AI Act, DORA, and the broader EMEA compliance landscape.
