What you will do

• Draft and review scopes of work and various contract documents for construction and design services.
• Compile and route agreements for internal and external approvals and execution.
• Verify insurance coverage and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain electronic contract files, document control, and retention systems.
• Assist project teams with bidder pre-qualification, confidentiality agreements, and tender processes.
• Prepare and issue project close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Bedford, United Kingdom
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in construction contract administration.
• Excellent contract writing skills with a required writing sample.
• Knowledge of JCT and NEC contract libraries.
• Ability to attend in-person interviews at company locations.
