What you will do

• Analyze fraud and non-fraud card disputes and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Process Reg E Claims and conduct daily call backs for suspicious debit card activity.
• Troubleshoot debit card issues, order cards, and perform necessary maintenance.
• Investigate claims and provide guidance to members and employees via phone.
• Track case status using Velera reports to ensure timely follow-ups and notifications.
• Collaborate with other financial institutions and law enforcement to resolve suspicious activity.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience working within financial institutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (documents, spreadsheets, email).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for external customer interaction.
• Ability to skillfully analyze information and document findings in concise reports.
