What you will do

• Monitor and investigate suspicious activity across channels including debit cards, ACH, wires, and online banking.
• Perform transaction analysis and customer outreach to mitigate losses and recover funds.
• Document case findings in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Fraud Management, Operations, and Digital Banking teams to identify trends and control gaps.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as Reg E and BSA/AML.
• Assist customers with the resolution of fraud claims and inquiries.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4 years in fraud prevention, investigations, or banking operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify fraud patterns and root causes.
• Knowledge of banking operations and fraud typologies like account takeover and check fraud.
• Proficiency with core banking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance preferred.
