What you will do

• Build and maintain the business financial model and manage financial forecasting.
• Use SQL to extract insights influencing partnerships, target setting, and business strategy.
• Optimize gross margins and drive product innovation through data analysis.
• Design dynamic dashboards for sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Develop scalable operational processes and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Head of Finance and COO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or consulting.
• Strong skills in SQL and financial modeling.
• Experience in quantitative or data-intensive environments.
• Located in New York City or willing to relocate.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Ramp, Rillet).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI agent products or infrastructure.
• Experience in early-stage B2B fintech or BaaS.
