What you will do

• Analyze credit data to determine risk levels for extending credit.
• Approve or deny credit extensions based on established authority and laws.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships to ensure volume and credit quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, state, and federal procedures.
• Perform outbound telemarketing calls to dealer customers.
• Track monthly goals for assigned dealers and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in the consumer finance industry (auto finance preferred).
• Knowledge of consumer credit laws, banking environments, and retail auto financing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily workflows and evaluate outputs for accuracy.
